James Educational Assessment Services was formed in April 2022 with the express goal of helping special education departments utilize their most valuable resource as efficiently as possible. Educational Diagnosticians spend hours per week crafting FIEs. With our services, these hours can be spent working with students providing comprehensive assessment.
In addition to report writing, we offer template creation based on your district's referral packets and most commonly used assessments.

A virtual session for one or more new diagnosticians to review how to choose assessment batteries for each evaluation, which subtests to give, and how to use the XBASS program to help determine eligibility criteria. We will also give tips for how to track their "To Do" list and schedule meetings efficiently.
